Awful player. He’s regularly missing very good chances and just seems to run about like a headless chicken. Doesn’t seem to have any football intelligence.

I know he isn’t pulling up any trees at Kilmarnock but given he’s our player I think I would rather we had kept Dallas to come off the bench and develop.

This is why I get so annoyed that we shipped marsh out.
He may not be ready or ever going to be a good player (that's not my opinion, I'm just saying he MAY not be) but even if he isn't he's still much better than McAtee and Watters and Cosgrove. Why? Because he tries. Him and Jalo should be the back up players to cole not the other wastes of a shirt

He will never score many. Plenty of energy and an ok touch but we can’t play him as a forward.

I like him but don't think he's a striker, more attacking midfielder being played out of position, he's missing chances but at least he gets into positions to do so which is more than can be said for others

Marsh is back, not convinced he’ll do it at this level, don’t think we’ll see Dallas or Shaw again, not that they are even featuring (except from the bench for a few mins), in the Scottish league

Dallas and Shaw would offer more than Watters.

I like him and I think he does add to the team but my god his finishing is awful, which doesn't bode well when he's a striker for us.

Missed chances that he should have buried. Not up to scratch. Yes he does run about alot but so our dog and he ain't good at football either.

Stick him in midfield because at least he runs around a lot unlike the spineless group we currently play there then put one of the young lads up front.

He isn't a striker. He's a number 10 who Collins is shoehorning into the forward line as we don't play with a traditional number 10. There's a player in there, but he's being played out of position.

Perhaps if we set a team up to actually attack a game of football and played 4-4-2 with a diamond in the middle, Luca CDM - Kane & Styles in the middle with McAtee playing at the point of the diamond, Cadden/ Williams LB, RB respectively, Mael and Shepherd in the centre then Cole and Jalo upfront. Imho that is our best team in their best positions. Anyone agree?

Edit - Løpata would be in there, but he's injured, I know haha.

I quite like him but if you had put him on the grassy knoll and gave him 3 shots....Kennedy would still be president!
Puts a shift in and has ability to go past people...not a forward. I actually prefer him to our other choices.

He's not a striker at all. He needs to play in his natural position, fighting it out with Styles, where he'll be a very good footballer for us. Cosgrove needs a run up top with Cole.

I think he'd still miss from the book repository.

Agree with other comments that he's a midfielder / no. 10. Not a terrible footballer, just not a striker.

Agreed. If McAttee had shot Tupac. he'd have been 52 last week.

I like him; he is just what we need IF we were playing an attacking press. Work rate, tenacious, but boy he needs to work on his finishing.
Best game he played was when he scored (debut?) ....... it was agreat cameo playing just behind the front line and running on.

But as an out-and-out forward ......... target man. Nah. Sorry Mr Collins - square peg, round hole.
