No need to get out of gear 2 in the 2nd half especially on a 4g pitch and risk injury

 

Good first half , set up to get the job done and it worked.
Second half total waste of time , especially after Saturday I think we should have gone on to give a ‘show’ but we looked particularly toothless up front!

Cosgrove, a real enigma. Won the L1 title last season with Plymouth Argyle and by all accounts had a strong contribution in that title win but unfortunately at the moment looks anything but a professional footballer.

It was a kick and a dead leg kind of situation rather than anything to worry about (I think). No doubt it hurt, but didn't look serious.

I’d would say that Daniel Ajakaiye looks better than our 2nd string strikers.

 

Some of the passing today has been abysmal, regardless if the game was won in first half hour or not. The performance wasn’t good enough some of the players look uninspiring to say the least.

The fantastic save and tip over the bar from their keeper after Yoganathan produced a great piece of skill and crossed it in. Watters pushing it through and putting it on a plate for Cosgrove. But there were half a dozen. You've got an agenda and you want to criticise even when we've won 3-0, I get that, but don't lie about it.

 

Agree that the tie was over after half an hour but that shouldn’t stop us tying to pass the ball to a red shirt second half, it felt we were in kick it anywhere mode.

 

Yeah but how do we know he's going to be crap when he gets good reviews at his former clubs? Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

 

If your happy by that 2nd half performance your easily pleased.

 

Thanks again I don’t recall those. I do have a household with a 11yr old and a an excitable dog that had to be let out during the game a couple of times.
