    Apparently Amazon have slashed their 55inch fire TVs from £550 to £150 now that’s a real bargain pity I don’t want a new one

    Yeh I've 65 in my bedroom and one of the others has a 55 in

    I'm not sure to be honest I'm guessing it's just random as you say

    If anyone goes for this, check the specs first. It's discounted for a reason (or very overly priced in the first place).
    Also, remember, if you don't need it, you're wasting money not saving it.

    That's like saying you're ok sitting on the front row at the cinema. It's the same effect if you're too close to a massive tv screen surely :)

    There is actually a size to distance ratio for it to be immersive, not that I'm bothered. I've 85" and about 8ft away :)
