Has anyone ordered a shirt online for delivery and it be the wrong size or other issues.

Did you return to the shop or have to go through this online process.

As I've ordered a mens small and it is tiny. Not sure what the sizing info is based on. However, the online portal is asking for 7.90 to return said item, which stink tbh after forking out 50.00

Question is would I be able to return this to the club shop?

Nope. Has to go through fanatics unfortunately, unless bought in the shop

That's bonkers. Even though bought direct from the club website. This **** needs to be addressed, of this is moving forward then this is a load of crap. Fanatics.... what a bunch of pillocks.

George's 5-6 is on the small side. However, it wouldn't have been if it had come in June instead of November.

The overall service is terrible. This club is going downhill fast.

    The experience is terrible.

Was told Royal Mail 48 hours for a start, this then turns up 9 days later. So would have been all the same if this for a birthday present. It really is a farce from top to bottom. Need to get back to stocking in shop only and shipping through same process. This connection to fanatics is garbage at best.

As for trying to speak to someone, this is a joke of a process too. What ever happened to good old fashioned customer service
