Without going all melvyn bragg about it, I think the appeal is the disparate characters who become bound by fate. There's an inevitability about some of it. Great acting as well, especially the male part of the crime duo (from Peep Show) is an excellent comedy actor
Just finished watching this and really enjoyed it, but what was the scene after the end credits of the last episode all about? Not sure if I’d missed something..
Never heard of it. I'm guessing then that Professor Brown did it, with the sharp heavy anchor, on the boat, at night time. Does that count, do I win a fiver for asking ?.
2 episodes in and I'm loving the dark humour, particularly from the narrator. I also think the building they're using as the police station is the old BUPA office in Horsforth, but haven't had a good enough shot of it to be conclusive on this.
SORRY everyone I've got my wires crossed, it was KIN that has a second series NOT Boat . Iam binge watching too much ( nowt else on tele ).
