    One thing that stuck out in the first half for me was when someone asked about signing I think Roberts JAQ said it's not my decision and pointed at neerav as if to say it's his. Does that mean transfers are decided by neerav? Not the CEO, not the board collectively, just neerav? Or did I take it out of context?

    I think it will be more on budget. And as he's the biggest make up on the board, will effectively sanction a deal or not

    And during that waffling anti American come back of hers, she said its a business, this is a business etc.
    That's the biggest disappointment for me, that they run us as a business and its all about money.
    Gone are the days it seems, of us being run as a football club first and foremost!.

    Good grief...they always say there's no such as a bad question....only the one you don't ask.....but christ!!
    Can we please vet some of them and keep it relevant?
    This was a great chance to ask how the club is progressing and the boards aims for short, medium and long term goals.
    Yes put them on the spot for the poor sponsorship, the fa cup fiasco etc
    We could also (unless I missed it) talk... from our coach about his style etc etc....and where he sees progression.

    To be fair she's right. When it comes to sponsors it's ALWAYS been a business. we don't sign up a sponsor for a laugh, it's to make money. It's why they do it, why Patrick did it and why John Dennis did jt

    All she's saying is the reason the sponsors are US Mobile, and the shirt distributors Fanatics, is because they were willing to put more money into the club than anybody else at the time. We moan about not maximising revenue, then when they do we moan because it's coming from America!

    At least they have had the balls to front up to the fans.
    This is not an excuse for their failings.
    This is why I don't invest in this buiseness.
    At least these have an interest in something in return.
    Football clubs are the past .
    There a buiseness, there to make money.

    I wouldn’t say he had a valid point.
    He thinks we’re turning “American” because we have a kit with stars on?
    Does he realise we change the kit every year?
    He says no one likes it? Well that’s just untrue. Some people do, some don’t.
    We’re going to put stars and stripes on the corner flags? Really?!!

    Just embarrassing.
