And as much as giving up a two goal lead is annoying this is a mitigating factor. Rather than just having a whinge at the manager who actually did the best he could with the tools at his disposal.

Very few teams have tried to build as patiently from the back as Peterborough did today though. They invited the press on, in an attempt to create space in midfield. It didn't work for the most part.
