Lee Johnson

This all day long…. the guy is a charlatan… well done Hecky for finishing the season the way we did !

 

I know someone who knows L.J. and L.J. does not give a flying foooook.

 

To this day, I don't know how and why we fell apart so badly under Johnson, and out of the Play off race in 2015.
Johnson joined us and we gained 6 successive league wins, which put us in 6th with I think nine games left.
And then we were garbage again!.

 

I can explain it he’s a ***** manager.

 

I think they both had a part to play Johnson got us to Wembley in the jpt where we just had to beat a league two team to win the jpt. He was lucky to keep his job but before hecky took over lead us to 7 wins on the spin? I don't think if he would have stayed we would have been promoted but he went to Bristol we got a few hundred thousand and we went up happy days.
When he 1st took over from Wilson we were a sinking ship looking like relegation was a possibility hadn't won away since November and he we went on a good run under him then before the season ended. I don't really care what he does in his career wouldn't want him back here nor would I want hecky.

 

Mutual consent usually goes along the lines of we are getting rid of you - OK but pay me x amount and I'll go - ok then. Sacking in all but name.

He's won 6 in 22 and lost 10 - not great is it? What kind of transfer budget would he expect at Fleetwood and wouldn't that conversation have taken place at the interview?

 

I think Fleetwood were always going to struggle this season there owner who had been pumping the money in got jail pre season for fraud.

 

Owners tell lies. Kenny Jackett leaving his three year contract at Rotherham after 39 days being one example.

 

It’s the story of his career. I don’t know if he’s the same now but at Oldham, us & Bristol he was streaky Lee.

What budget do you honestly think he was getting at Fleetwood on their crowds?

Report in one of the local papers said they decided to they decided to part company with him - doesn't really sound like he was wanted ? Also the statement said he's left with immediate effect- also bit of a red flag

 

Hecky and the bloke who got stitched up by the sun can't remember his name took charge for that game. Wilsons last away win was the 4 of November sheffield united away he was sacked in February with us 3 points off the drop.

Let it go. Johnson is and was absolutely *****.

 

He took £5000 for divulging info about player contracts, if he hadn't took it, he wouldn't have been found guilty. The Sun might be shīts, but you can't really blame them for Tommy Wright being a dīck.

Interestingly we binned him off when charged, Swindon didn't when he got convicted whilst in their employment.

 

When did I say he was good? I just don't think hecky is the messiah because he's a barnsley fan.

 

Maybe stitched up by the sun is harsh. Like you say no smoke without fire. Was part of derailing our season that.

 

Just let it go. The football world has judged little Lee. Not quite good enough for Fleetwood. A fitting epitaph.

 

Coincidentally, it was a loss to Fleetwood that cost Wilson his job. And Johnson left us after we'd beat them in the Jpt Semi.
Johnson had Oldham up there thinking about the Play offs in Feb that season, but I'd say he joined a bigger and better club actually.
