    Phillips has been playing really well recently, I agree with you. 2 games where we've conceded the lead!

    While I think the results of Collins's subs have been generally atrocious, to play devil's advocate I think he's limited by what's available, and individual performances. A player like Callum Styles, for example, really shouldn't be weakening a League One team to that extent - and aside from that, where do we go when fresh legs are needed?

    Work to do in the January transfer window, for me.

    Like playing with ten men. We needed some physicality and Collins thought Watters was the answer not Cosgrove.

    Watters should never have been resigned. We had plenty of time to see he is t good enough on loan last season yet amazingly we signed him. Not done anything last season or this to to make you think he may come good

    Just this. The subs weakened the game. We have a two week break now so why couldn’t Cole and McAtee stay on longer as both were a threat.

    But we're fresh legs needed Phillips wasn't even the worst midfielder on the pitch today and already had a assist I would have subbed him.

    McAtee should have been moved into midfield if he really wanted to take Phillips off and brought jalo on up front to give him some actual minutes.

    No need at all to bring the ego of styles and laziness of watters on. Threw 2 points away again

    If your strikers are tired and you’re winning perhaps think of fetching a half decent midfielder or defender on instead of a **** striker who does nothing!

    It's almost as if the person who signed Watters to a four year contract was incompetent and completely out of his depth.
