I do actually like them but have to agree only when we score not for a corner kick the atmosphere was dire last season other than last couple of months.

I think we played alright for a decent chunk of the first half but the assertion that we should have been 5-1 down at half time is bonkers, they only had 1 shot on target in the whole game according to the bbc.

They did have 2 off target shots in the game that I thought they should’ve hit the target with so I’m not sure where they could’ve got 5 goals from before half time?
Unless of course we’re relying upon negative hyperbole?

 

I must be remembering a different game because I seem to remember them missing loads of sitters and people around me looking at each other in disbelief that we'd got away with another chance that they'd had. Maybe 4-1 not 5

 

I thought for the first 20 mins we were decent and then after that it was attack against defence. Obviously they played okay on the break. But I genuinely can’t think of 4 goals they could’ve scored? I recall thinking maybe all square at half time would’ve been fair? I’m not sure Robert’s saved much?

 

It's obvious to me that you and I were at the same game. They had several opportunities to badly miss the target and then we scored via their mistake.

 

Some people look for positives and others negatives? No dispute our goal was lucky but I’m just not remembering these 4/5 goals they should’ve had?
