    Had a Quick Look and if I’ve understood right the Bury FC we bought him from is now called CCFB Realisations 2022 Ltd and nothing to do with the current team playing as Bury FC & in administration.

    I think whether Rotherham recall McCart or not, the result will be the same for both clubs. They'll go down and we won't go up.

    Unless we pull off some miraculous loan signings in Jan.

    Not sure about the ins and outs of Bury in particular.. but money owed would still be collected by the administrators and divided amongst creditors years after the event.

    That's what I thought, they'll be an awful lot of people out of pocket the way that club was run. Someone in a office somewhere will still be keeping an eye on things..

    I’m guessing we have paid a fee for the loan. Would imagine that’s why the ball is in our court to decide if he can be recalled or not as it was a panic signing with Kitching going at the end of the window.

    Nombe we agreed terms with and then rotherham Hijacked the deal and Kayode was meant to come here on a perm but we got Cosgrove instead so pulled the plug on the deal
