Maybe during their power cut, in the dim light, someone read the address as Burnley and posted them off there instead.
Guessing the power cut affected ticket printer also. Seems like they are wanting to sell the least they can get away with at short notice. Very poor and surely there should be some EFL ruling on this?
I was told that this afternoon. Still not arrived. Over 2 weeks to the game, so I dont see it being a major problem at the mo. Another week may affect those that get em via the post. Cup replays are dealt with in less time.
It's usually a week after all the categories are done with that they go on open sale, it's then the week of the match, post is usually 3 days and the trains that way get expensive close to the date as its mainline to London. I appreciate its not BFC's fault, but it's a pain.
I'd have thought so. Their site does say they can go up to 2000 if the demands there, by using part of another stand, but that's obvs not gonna happen by the looks of it.
Finally, got to the source of the delay. The EFL are about to throw us out of League one for fielding an ineligible player/financial irregularities. Phew, thank goodness we've got that sorted. Still, I'm a bit pissy that the only two new grounds I was due to visit this year were Sutton and Stevenage. Looking forward to going to South Shields though.
