    I'd argue he already has carried out a violent spree against women, albeit not physical. The latter is my biggest worry. What I'm also finding really disappointing, is how many people in the football world are largely keeping quiet on the whole thing. I would have expected to have seen proactive, widespread condemnation of his behaviour, but so far I haven't seen that.

    I don't think he's flipped or had a breakdown, I think he's just cynically grifting now he's failed in management - see Katie Hopkins, Russell Brand etc for proof that being an anti-woke gobshite is easy money.

    Agreed. There’s so much about this that disturbs me.
    The amount of people who agree with him, the amount of people he is picking a fight with, the fact that no one appears to be telling him to shut up, the way he is able to create division and whip up hate, the fact that he hasn’t been kicked off twitter. It’s utterly depressing that a racist,homophobic, woman-hating, bigot can get the air time he is getting.
    And as for any suggestion in the media that he is having some kind of breakdown, that does not wash. He’s always been a thug, a bully. He isn’t getting any sympathy or excuses from me for behaving like an absolute idiot.

    I've just been looking through the comments on Sport Bible's article on Facebook. I would say 90% of the 4k+ comments are in defence of him. It's absolutely sickening, reading the comments. I don't think he's having a meltdown at all. I think he's deliberately monetising his abhorrent views, and weaponising all his 'followers' in the process. I'm utterly baffled as to why no one is standing up to him.

    People seem to forget this sort of behaviour has been with him all his adult life(if not before).
    This is the same guy who stubbed a cigar out in a youth team players eye cos he thought it was funny & initially it was covered up.
    Eventually was fined 6 weeks wages and an apology to the manager.

    It’s really scary. You wonder how atrocities happen in the past and how women’s rights in other countries are being eroded (or never existed) but all it takes is people to stand by and do nothing and the ones doing it get away with it.

    I don’t follow him at all, but it’s hard to escape if you go on Twitter.
    I actually took a week or two off twitter because i hate the airtime he is getting.
    You’re right, if no one replies he gets nowhere. Sadly he has a bunch of people egging him on. Twitter should kick him off.
