    JOSH Benson has had a ‘little setback’ in his recovery from injury with Neill Collins saying it is possible he could leave Barnsley this window but also that the midfielder could still play a part in the promotion push.

    Why would we think that a load of 19yr olds are what we need. It’s our lack of experience that’s a weak point now. Loads of time left in the window so hopefully that article is just a load of codswallop. We need to recruit better this window than we did in the summer. Although I guess we are probably a much less attractive offer now compared to then.

    The article is just betting odds. It's not rumours, or the writers opinion. Seemingly you can bet on who you think we'll sign this window, and that's the list of favourites. Where the bookies have got the names from is anyone's guess (other than Pines of course).

    Think their player options are based solely on our reputation for get em in young, sign em cheap, sell for profit later...looks more like a sale or return list than a serious group of names that would push us to promotion. With the exception of Pines as ed12 said..
