Not sure how I feel about the Bolton stoppage really, should they be abandoning the game because someone was ( seriously) ill? I mean yes stop it while they are attended to but once they have been moved on why not play on? Its not as if they were known to the players , to have an effect that way.
I mean if ( God forbid) it happened to me, as a football fan , I wouldn't want to spoil everybody's afternoon.

For me, I wouldn't object if any of our games was abandoned in a similar manner to the Bolton match, as what happened in 2018 at Oakwell against Burton. Some things are far more important than a sodding football game.

They wouldn't have taken the decision to abandon it lightly I'm sure. As others have said, some things are more important.

The score was 0-0. So possibly easy decision but had it been 0-2. Things might have been different.
Remember 85. European cup final Juve Liverpool. Many deaths and that game still started

so was I, and I did say if I was unfortunate enough for it to be me, I personally wouldn’t mind the game restarting.
