    Indeed, it was a good goal. Why hasn’t our 1st goal received similar praise though? Devante outjumped/ beat their defender to head the ball goalwards and remained aware enough to follow-up the rebound

    so did I. I knew he had crossed Bristol from City to the Gas and was worried that his experience may be too much fortunately the goal apart our defence coped with him.

    I said at the time " crackin header that"' poor marking but still a great finish' Chris martin never fails against us.

    It was meat and drink for Martin, sure great ball in and he had to finish it, but a 5ft something wingback trying to win a header in that scenario was hardly a surprising outcome.
    I like Jordan Williams but the sooner he's back at RWB the better, he's not a CB

    It was a good goal our wing back was slow to close the cross down and Williams isn't the best in the air.
