Players need to take games by the scruff of the neck and perform for 90 minutes instead of bottling it when in front. No reason then why we shouldn't beat both teams. Saying that, 4 points would be welcome given the run we are on. 6 more so. Yesterday was a sign they are capable.
Normally I'd say the same, about 4 points being good from these next few games. But it also feels like accepting second best, when our aim is promotion, we've got to be hoping for 6 of course.
Need to play like the stendel team when a goal in front and play asif it's nil nil. Not sit back and get deeper and deeper.
One game at a time. We’re in the middle of one of those ‘Saturday/Tuesday games at home. Always looks good on paper, but often doesn’t work out as we hoped. IF we beat Carlisle, it puts us ahead of Oxford and Stevenage, with both to play next week, so a win at Stevenage and draw at Oxford would be ok to keep our place. If we beat Carlisle, then I expect us to do well in the next 2 away games as well.
One game at a time. Beat Carlisle first. Hope Luca is back, if fit enough, although we should have enough to win without him. Suspect there may be a bit of rotation, with maybe Cadden in. Just hope we don't play Cosgrove. I don't see what he offers myself. He runs about like a headless chicken, but has two left feet & can't head a ball. Running about a lot does not make you a footballer. Watters is no better. I'd hope we'd give Jalo some time tomorrow if we are ahead. Collins seems too reluctant to play him. Ten minutes at the end of a match is not enough time.
