A game of two halves. Half time subs made us look much stronger and 2 moments of inspiration from Williams wins us the game.

Williams for me. Great play to create the opportunities for both goals and looked every good second half.

You ought to nip over to the other thread. We’re playing ever so slightly better on that one.

Thought Williams’ pace going forward in the second half helped up our tempo so have gone for him. Not the easiest of decisions though, mostly for the wrong reasons.

I don't think anyone stood out as having a particularly good game so gone with Cole for his quality finish to win it for us.

    Jordan Williams.

Best he’s defended in the back three all season (though still not completely faultless, get him to wingback asap please); had to deal with some suicidal balls from Mael and Roberts, his ball to Cole was outstanding (well, it was overhit let’s be honest but Devante made it outstanding), and had to play in the first half behind an absolute shambles of a footballer in O’Keeffe.

I'm going for Jordan, nice that he's in contention again , he's had a torrid time most of the season.

Jordan Williams ran forward several times then in true JW fashion ran out of ideas, I’d struggle to give it to any outfield player they were all atrocious! Roberts kept us in the game in the first 10 mins so gets my vote .

Williams, best game for a while. Great on the front foot and the fact he spent a lot of the 2nd half raiding the right flank must surely give NC food for thought.

Thought MDG was very composed too; played well. McAtee ran about a lot, which will always get him votes, but for me not a lot of product this time around.

McAtee for me, never stopped going and always looking to make things happen, which is exactly what you need in games/performances like yesterday

Kept us in the game? He made one very good save, but then gifted them a goal. The other big chance was put wide.

Gone for Williams because I can't be arsed asking for Cadden.
