Apparently fell through due to Everton wanting a loan fee. It's a shame it's not worked out for him at Southampton.
Hopefully he's sold eventually and we get a few quid with the sell on. But apparently on big wages at Everton for doing little so probably won't fancy a pay cut.
Talking of loan moves see Kelvin Phillips is struggling to get one because Man Citu are asking £7 million as a loan fee. Absolute madness
According to West Ham, Phillips likes Moyes so apparently they're going to have the edge of Newcastle... 7 million is ridiculous for a loan fee - especially for what? 4/5 months? Unless of course City still pay his full wages whilst he's out on loan, but if that 7 million is on top of clubs paying his wages is crazy. Surely 2 million + wages would be enough. Could even put a clause stating if one of the clubs qualify for Europe then they pay extra, etc.
Weird one is Holgate. Been linked with Leicester recently and won’t get anywhere near their team. Sheff United definitely seems the destination based on recent speculation. Think one of their forums was linking him to Gerrard’s Saudi side. Massive payday if owt in it for him.

Was reading today that Man City turned down £50 million for him in the Summer from West Ham. What other club would turn that down for a player who can’t get being a first teamer.
