    It was a reason he gave. if I remember rightly. (May have dreamed that one up though) Certainly said "in for the long haul". Ambition not money was the main reason why he left.
    We got compensation. And the club said he left on a good footing. Sour footing would be more like it imo.

    Mine 2 mate,why only 500,000 release clause with how much we put for other managers,I think that tells us there was never a long haul,he did a good job and we were let down big time by officials in final,but he just used us,players,managers,they all use us as a stepping stone,fair enough but let's make it perfectly clear it cuts both ways,your going know where unless the money is right.plus your only gonna get better,its abit different for head coaches a bad 10 games,you no the score.went on abit a need mi phone snap locked,I'll get mi coit.

    Excellent manager and should go on to have a great career. Swansea was the wrong fit and a bad career move imho but can understand it if he was offered a sackload of cash

    He knows the system he wants to play,should av done his homework on the players he was working with,he made a few quid but that move could well av put him back years,2 much greed in the game,money isn't every thing,being successful and how it makes you feel is so much h better,when your proud of yourself what a feeling.
