    Maybe it’s about time to give Collins some credit and start singing HIS name.
    Just look at the players available to him today.

    We are in with a genuine shout.

    Fans can’t demand the club buys players and then not get behind the manager. We need to create the atmosphere that started about this time last year - but get behind Collins.

    It's nigh on a miracle the amount of points he has amassed given the lack of options he has at his disposal beyond the best 12 or 13 players. He just wins and wins and wins.

    Yeah but if we go up automatically, who's going to be our manager next season?

    If we do go up, ill have 100% confidence in this board to replace him well. It will mean they've got both calls spot on with Duff and Collins, so 2/2 - 100% record!

    Whether we end up in the play offs or go up automatically he's the manager of the year for me, he's done a reight job especially with the hand he was dealt in the summer after another pre season **** show............sithi.

    All of them pale into insignificance against the stats for the white shirts :D:-

    P6 W6
    Win Rate 100%.
    PPG 3.0

    Projected 46 game:-
    Points tally 138
    Goals For 92, Goals Against 8

    If only that coach hadn't caught fire........

    If Collins had the same defence that MLH had to work with last season last season then we'd be winning this season's league title at a canter.
    Given the lack of options at the back and the two replacement forwards (Cosgrove and Watters) offering bugger all then I think he's doing a brilliant job.

    Some want him out anyway because they aren't happy with the style of play so they won't be too disappointed :D:D

    51 goals compared to 36 last season is a nice stat...second only to Peterborough.

    Interesting point, would you swap McAtee and Cosgrove for Tedic and Norwood?

    Totally agree with the OP and was until recently a critic of Collins. The football is getting better as he learns his squad better and Mael in particular is shaping up nicely.

    In 'Chewin the Fat' style, here you go:

    Collins = Good guy
    Duff = Wänk

    Difficult call that - If I could have McAtee and Norwood and be without Cosgrove and Tedic I would be very happy, Can I just swap Cosgrove for Norwood

    No, cos that wasn’t last season’s set up…
    I was just making the point that I would say McAtee is better than Norwood, and Cosgrove is probably as much use at Tedic.
