Stevenage Ticket Refund

Is that something we can do tomorrow or do we have to wait?

Don't think refunds are available until the game has been rearranged (pretty sure that hasn't happened yet?)

 

Got a refund for ours yesterday, had paid by card so up to 5 working days until its in bank, if you paid cash I would presume you'll be able to do it tomorrow.

 

Will I have to go into box office tomorrow or can it be done over the phone? Not planning on going to the rearranged game.

 

Thought you had to wait until the game was rearranged, appears not then? It'll be mid week, which I cant do, so if I had them posted, if I ring up Monday can they just do it over the phone?

 

I think even when games aren’t postponed you can get a refund 24 hours before the match.

 

I got mine refunded last Friday Due to illness.

 

emailed earlier in week, go into box office with ticket and refunded to card or cash depending how it was paid, im going in tomorrow to sort mine

 

Stevenage have stated that refunds will not be available until the date of the rearranged game is announced. I'm guessing that's where you've read it as there was a link to the article below posted on the BBS when the match was postponed.

Seems that Barnsley are not applying the same criteria with regard to refunds. Good for them. I don't understand why the date of a rearranged future is relevant. The game didn't happen, refunds should be available immediately. Pleased to see our club haven't followed suit.

 

Not sure if it can be done over phone, I took our tickets back into box office.
