Doesn't mean the club won't apply for an extension to the lease. (Thought it was 30yrs btw) Depends on the state of the club in a few yrs time possibly. At the moment nowt drastic I reckon needs doing. Apart from making it fit for purpose. You never know. A player we sell in future might be the cash injection we need to be able to build one. the others were built/bought that way.
My only question is how can anyone think that the West Stand has another 10 years in it, when half of it has been closed for years already?
I'm planning to attend (in person, rather than via Zoom). Intrigued to see how they plan to develop it.
As said afore. Not a drastic amount to bring it back into use. Some facilities require updating. And maintenance. But what's the rush. ?
I was under the impression that this was just an exploratory first meeting to discuss how an advisory group would work, rather than a question and answer session. However, as you say we don't know what the agenda is so I guess we have to see what happens this evening. For the nay sayers on here and elsewhere, though, it was made clear that anyone could ask to be involved, and tonight's meeting is online as well for those who expressed an interest, so it's not just the invited few. I'm going, let's just see how it goes.
@Gally do you know is this something people can join at a later stage? I’d like to be involved eventually, but don’t have the time right now.
Can you go through the X replies to my ‘tweet’ about this please Gally and see what was raised in those? I won’t have time but there was lots asked.
I get that. But it's not as though we are pushed for seats. Improved Toilet facilities and improved catering etc at the mo. For the south side. As for the North side Getting back to the Championship is 1st priority for me.
