I wonder how many of his tips actually come off? Maybe his Patreon members should only pay for the ones that do?
I wonder if it will clear the hurdles and vault us back in contention with a shot at the automatics and maybe even pole position. Remember it's a marathon not a sprint. That's the direction the club need to go though like a javelin thrust into the outfield. Hopefully these signings will keep us on the right track. I'm bored and rambling now.
He said about Killip in summer Earl Lopata Jack Shepherd Cosgrove Adam Phillips his record isn’t as bad as people say he seems to know his stuff for most clubs
Isn't it more that he puts that out after it's already been rumoured by Doug or others online? Especially if you have to pay to see it...
What does he charge people for his information? I'm just wondering whether I should start charging people for mine.
I’d disagree all them players I named he was first to mention them Doug only says soemthing after it’s already been leaked
What if he's the pits and when he plays it's like walking in sand and we have to make him take the high jump?
Doug gets his info from the club, Alan Nixon doesn't. I'd always take anything with a pinch of salt unless it comes from Doug O'Kane or Andy Giddings. They're at least at the club asking the question.
They may be turning up at the club, but initial information can often come from leaks elsewhere. Which is why we all love a rumour. And then love assessing its worth.
I'd guess that there's substance to most things that he says but he can't be held accountable for whether the deal actually gets done. I don't understand why our fans give him such a hard time.
Blimey I agree with you there mate. It's weird. I'm thinking more about what gets posted on here, for which I am grateful and can make my own mind up about.
Things may have changed but when I worked down there it wasn’t uncommon for management to tip off the press regarding a possible transfer, usually by saying he wants xxx player but he’s heard xxx club want him and are prepared to trigger the release clause…. Purely to push the owners hand into his pocket. Probably a lot different now.
