We’re going to end up getting nothing for Styles in the end. I can’t see Sunderland wanting him beyond the season, much like Millwall, he’ll be seen as a Michael Beale signing, they hate him so he won’t be boss there much longer.
With the Lopata one someone needs to want to loan him and .with him having a good start to the season means a decent team wants him. Strengths Port Vale when they play teams in and around us and he gets game time at a decent league one club if we go up makes him easier to sell if not good experience for our level. Styles clearly doesn't want to be here if there's a loan fee involved money in the bank and hopefully a decent fee in the summer if not not even old Callum might have to realise he's no better than our level.
The Lopata loan deal is all over social media as a done deal for a loan. It does suggest the Earl deal might well have gone through, perhaps both to be announced simultaneously. We need to get Pines up to speed and available for selection as soon as possible.
They’ve bought a player from Standard Liege to replace Pritchard according to reports I’ve read, sorry no link.
I think you are right. His head must be/have been all over the place. The last 2/3 years. There's no doubt he is a very talented player imo. I wish nowt but the best for the lad.
Thanks. I hadn't seen that. I wonder what counts as significant. Surely a minimum of £500k, perhaps £750k?

Sam please stop panicking it's been mentioned umpteen times it's a loan deal with an obligation to buy and sounds like we're getting a loan fee, it's just another clever way for accounting, besides all of that he clearly doesn't want to be he so what's the point in having someone around not putting a shift in?
With the OPTION to buy I’ve seen quoted, much like Millwall last season. But I agree what’s the point in him being here, I just wish it was a sale.
