That nobhead who attacked the woman and two little kids last week, apparently police have identified and arrested someone for helping him and they've released him on bail.

What a wonderful idea. One piece of **** who has attacked and I injured 12 people has already gone on the run and they've decided to let the other piece of **** who helped him go back out into the public on bail

And thats without getting into the discussion about the fact the dirty nonce should have been thrown dropped out of a plane over central Afghanistan in the first place

I figured that when talking about a convicted multiple sex offender who has attacked a family with chemicals and tried to murder a 3 year old that nuance wasn't really all that important...

 

I'm guessing you're fully up to speed with the Bail Act requirements that underpin these decisions then?

Whoever made this decision (and it relates to someone assisting the offender, not the one who carried out the attacks) has to follow a set of guidelines that begins with an automatic right to unconditional bail.

If you're so interested in having a say in decisions such as this then consider applying to be a Magistrate, and you'll get your fair share of them.

I am worried that they will never arrest this bloke. I fear the Islamic community who probably think he has done nothing wrong will close ranks and protect him. It wasn’t long ago that the police had to de-arrest someone before they freed the police.

Key thing is he was arrested on suspicion of helping him, so could only be held for 24hrs.
