Dear Joseph, the next time, and there inevitably will be the next time, that you are the subject of a police investigation those all of the ever and chuck yourself in a river and the police won't be able to climb up your arse. Everybody wins
It is poor they take so long to decide he's jumped in thames, and the bloke shouldn't have been in the country in the 1st place.
You are right in the case of this individual, although I wouldn't mind sending Barton to Rwanda on a one way ticket too.
Is it? The attack happened an hour's walk from the Thames and police have had to source CCTV of a huge area then watch it all looking for one specific person and track his movements. If that was so easy then every crime in England would be solved within a couple of days and there wouldn't be any missing people. As it stands it's took them 10 days to track him. I think that's bloody good going.
They raided 2 addresses in Newcastle and arrested someone for assisting him. Now they think he jumped soon after the attacks. The bloke travelled from afgan through loads of countries that are safe, he travelled alone and speaks little English, then has 2 failed asylum claims commits sex offences, then converted to Christianity and gets asylum granted and then does that. Things a farce from start to finish.
He's a attention seeking little p###k who knows his sort unsuccessful managerial career is finished and trying very hard to be relivent, best thing is to ignore him that would proper wind him up.
Your second point is nothing to do with your first point. He shouldn't have been in the country the law needs changing so that a convicted sex offender isn't allowed to remain in the UK if he's not a British national but that has absolutely nothing to do with finding him after this attack. It won't even have been the police who had anything to do with him staying in the UK yet bizarrely that is being used as a stick to beat them with. On your first point how do you know that the man wasn't arrested because the police believe he helped him make the chemicals or that he gave him a lift from Newcastle to London? You are assuming that he's being arrested for helping him escape but there's a very good chance that's not the case and that the police have always been focusing their search efforts in and around London or maybe they've been working on multiple hypotheses? Whatever it is arresting somebody from up north isn't a sign of incompetence it's a sign of doing a thorough job
The thing is, he's not trying to appeal to mainstream, so you and me ignoring him doesn't really make a difference. He's appealing to the ill-educated, uninformed click-bait bigots...and while they are fringe, there are still plenty of 'em for him to go at. Certainly enough for him to earn a living on social media platforms.
But what if his words inspire 100s or 1000s of others to commit acts of bigotry and violence? The absolute drivel he spouts, is verging on hate speech - if it hasn't crossed that line already. IMO it's not okay to be given a platform to do that.
I haven't used that to beat them with and I haven't seen anyone else doing that. You would have to blame the ones granting asylum. This case really does make you think England's ****** though.
I'm not saying zero immigration but if you had 2 failed asylum claims and committed sex offences while appealing.. you shouldn't be here.
