Sat what you like about Collins but this season he's had us win from losing positions for the first time ever (slight exaggeration), earn and score penalties for the first time ever (may also be a slight exaggeration) and get in the habit of scoring late, often vital goals.

1-1 full time. Done well to keep the pressure on and get back in to the game but I suspect the automatic places are going to be too much for us now. Missed opportunity tonight again due to a slow start from our defence. Hopefully we have players back for the next game

Frustrating evening but at least we got a point.

 

Frustrating night and I suspect we could have played all night without scoring from open play but a points a point.

 

Don’t be daft. we’re 6 points behind with a game in hand and still got 2 of the 3 teams above us to play.

 

We’re only 6 points off second with a game in hand on them. No way is that too much for us.

 

I admittedly missed quite a bit of the game, but what I did see, I'm left wondering how the hell we haven't won that. And that's before the penalty

 

Well a point's a point. Disappointing but at least we didn't lose. Onward to Fleetwood on saturday.

We definitely need Pines in and Williams back to wing-back and Connell was badly missed. O'Keeffe was ok but Cotter was poor again.

 

Take the point and move on. A game we really needed to win if we want a top 2 finish.
Without a superb run from now on in then I just don't think we're going to make the top 2. It's going to take at least 11 wins out of 15 for the top 2 I reckon and those 11 wins would only take us to the 89 point marker.

 

Is it Collins' fault that their keeper has had the game of his life?

 

We were the better side, but we had no cutting edge. It was a deffinately penalty for me too.

A good point in the end, but not enough to keep our Automatic chances alive. Derby & Portsmouth doing the business.

 

Could be worse, the Harrogate fans have got a miserable trip home, went down 9-2

 

Top 2 chances were over when we dropped two points at Bolton. It's all about making sure we finish in the play offs now, where we will have to be at our very best in three tough games to win promotion.

 

1 win in 4 isn’t top 2 form, we’re allowed to call it out for what it is without snide little comments…

 

Relieved and frustrated at the same time.

Excellent performance and fully deserved to win in my opinion.

a mixture of superb keeping, a bit of bad luck and poor finishing meant we only took one point. I don’t really agree with the lack of quality in the final third / midfield argument. The chances were there for us.

we have improved loads in the last few months imho and full credit to Neil Collins, I’m a convert.
