probably There are four mighty World Elephants that stand upon the carapace of Great A'Tuin the World Turtle, and upon whose massive shoulders revolves the Discworld itself. Their names are Tubul, Jerakeen, Berilia and Great T'Phon. There is a legend that once there were five, but one lost its footing, entered an unstable orbit and came hurtling through space, smashing into the Disc and causing the mountains to rise.
There are some wild videos on You tube with people "proving" the world is flat and some of their evidence is quite convincing until you can spot why its flawed. Not sure ive seen a convincing explanation as to plane routes over the poles are faster than flying to the same places in a straight line or why you can fly round the world in one direction. and get back to where you stared though or for that matter where the sun goes after dark when you know its light on the other side of the disc
I think so. My question to flat earthers is: why did people perpetuate the alleged myth that the earth is a globe from the 18th century? What would be their aim by making it up?
My favourite thing was from the Netflix flat earth documentary where these flat earthers came up with an experiment to prove the earth was flat and accidentally proved it's not.
