Shudders at the thought of Wembley again, not sure I’d go this time round if we got there? Think it would be less stressful to buy loads of nice new NEIPA’s Hazy Pales and get sat in front of Telly or even wander into town.
I imagine it'll be lower than it was against Wednesday anyway, and we got heavily criticised for it. People love to 'complain' about cost of living and the predicament we've been in, but can't wait to judge football fans on whether they can manage to travel halfway down the country to the most expensive place in the country to watch football.
If we finish 4th we play the team that is 5th do we get to decide if we play home or away 1st leg or is it already decided, would we play home or away if it's already decided,I'd sooner play away first if it was up to me.
I’d go if we reached Wembley but I really wouldn’t relish it. Still mentally scarred from last season.
Put me in the not going camp. Been to Wembley enough. Already been at this level. Takes an age to get to and costs a lot. I wouldn't have gone last season against anyone else. There was no fun having a "know it all" coach driver who instead of using sat nav thought he knew best, so nearly two hours after full time Wembley was still visible. Would have to be something like FA Cup Final, Championship play off final or Champions League final for me to go again
Thx Mickey, loyal, it totally went against walsall in the miracle season,I used to lv watching the highlights of that season, used to make me feel great with a massive lump in my throat and a tear in my eye, then they wiped it off, copy rights I think, tw..s.taking feel good vids away.no football fans should never say never if they no about us that season, you couldn't make it up,coyr.
I’ve thought long and hard about whether I would go again. That last minute / second goal was such an awful experience …but I guess that’s what football is all about - the lows and the highs….and I suppose it can’t feel any worse than that.
Can see top six staying the same order. Stevenage have lost their momentum now and by the end of March, can see it being really clear. Wouldn’t be surprised if it stayed in the same order as well. Derby, Pompey and Bolton are the best three sides but not sure if Bolton have something missing. Us vs Bolton in the final.
Just realised it’s the week before Bank Holiday weekend and I’ll still be abroad on holiday. I would’ve gone to Wembley, but not on a coach. Last season was the pits, took us at least a hour and half just to get out of that chuffing multi storey coach park debacle. Then the long crawl on the North. Ircular to the M1, absolute nightmare
