Leeds v Leicester

Decent game. Close first half, but the visitors are making Leeds look silly in the second. You love to see it.

Still only 0-1, mind....

 

First 20 mins was cracking, calmed down a lot since but it’s still a good game. 2 very good sides.

Great play by Leeds. They deserve a lot of credit at fighting to preserve their home record. It's not easy to come from behind, to go in front, against by far the best team in the league.

 

Leicester didn't take their chances and we know how costly that can be!

 

Leicester also had a goal wrongly disallowed.

 

Leicester only themselves (and the officials) to blame.

 

Exactly that the game was dead if that was rightly awarded- but easy to see why the he Lino’s got no chance making that decision live in the game.

I dont care what anyone says. I have 0 agenda towards leeds but leicester have been cheated and it does exist still till this day In the game.

The assistant has had a mare there, he indicated that the Leicester player had come back from an offside position, but he was never in an offside position.I doubt Leeds would’ve come back from that. Having said that Leicester still spurned a few other great chances so have to take a good portion of the blame for losing that game

Living in Melton, where everyone is a Leics fan and has believed from day 1 that they'd walk the league....I could quite happily see Leeds beat them to the title, and Ipswich and Southampton aren't out of it yet. Would be hilarious if Leics ended up in the play offs. Scummers fiddled the rules when they went into admin, conned the local ambulance service out of more than £20k and saw many local suppliers go bust after opening their fancy new stadium with over £40m debts.
No sympathy with Leicester over anything, ever.

 

Lots of people had short memories of all that when they were happy for them winning the Premier League.
