Phone help please

    When my Samsung phone rings the screen that usually shows with the green icon to answer it isn't showing? Tried googling it but no luck! The rest is working fine and I can make a call but again the screen with the read end call icon isn't showing so I can't hang up. Anyone any ideas?

    Try a reboot Helen or a soft reset. Happened to me with my Google pixel after an update

    My son's just done that and it seems to have done the trick, thank you. I'm sure I had switched it on and off though!
