.. Derby - Charlton Port Vale - Fleetwood Wycombe - Cheltenham Stevenage - Cambridge Orient - Blackpool Lincoln - Shrewsbury Wigan - Bolton Burton - Carlisle That’s not just the odd fixture being played! Any reason why we’re not playing when we have games in hand on the teams above us already? Points on the board are precious at this stage, Sunderland found that out the other year….
No idea but hopefully Wigan put in a performance in their big Lancashire derby & that Charlton have some new manager bounce
Thinking about it Stevenage & Bolton have more than one game in hand & can’t play them both at the same time so their playing the others Tuesday & against us in midweeks later in the season
Wonder when the above fixtures were originally meant to be played, would’ve been nice to sneak one of our in there’s wouldn’t it.
Derby - Charlton -october international break Port Vale - Fleetwood - October international break Wycombe - Cheltenham - October international break Stevenage - Cambridge - floodlight failure in December Orient - Blackpool - fa cup 3rd round in jan Lincoln - Shrewsbury - fa cup 3rd round in jan Wigan - Bolton - fa cup 3rd round in jan You managed to put them all in order of why and when they were postponed
Cheers, I’d just copied them from the Sky listings… Suppose the Bolton game is only a week after these as that’s when we should’ve played them first time around, October isn’t it…
Purely because we, for some reason, was really slow in rearranging our fixture. Barnsley V Bolton was postponed in October, Wigan Bolton in December but they rearranged that one much quicker
Bolton are playing Wigan on Tuesday, hopefully they lose so beating them next week has a big effect on the table.
I don’t think Bolton had any midweeks free. Gone far in the Checkatrade & then went a couple of rounds in the Cup & I think they even had a replay
