Does anybody know anyone that has won it ever? I'm not insinuating that anything dodgy going off but the drawing a raffle ticket out of a bag method is not an infallible process especially if the bag falls in to the wrong hand.

I think it's done on an electronic random number selector.
    Won it 3 times
One of em at a reserve game. (Yes when it was first introduced) and won the princely sum of £20. Between 3 of us. :)
The other 2. Circa £600 and £800 between around 10/11 of us at the time.
Won Centenary Twice. (Same 4 of us share since day one in 1987 and ever since, )

Anyone else use to think it was like a bet thing for if we are drawing at half time

Genuine question. When did it start. Any idea. ? The reserves were in the central league. But I think it came after the centenary.

2 things actually. Neither has the Centenary draw. £2 in 1987 was the equivalent of circa £7 today.
Thing is. We as a group have more go's on the half time draw than when we had one each. We take it in turns to buy 6 every game now but just 4 of us in the group. When there would be around 10 of us when it started. It costs us more. But also increases the prize money. Which can range from around £600 to £1k+. Whereas the centenary is fixed at £1k unless a rollover.
