    No I'm not saying the interview made him good or bad. I just mean I wonder if someone picked up on the vibe he gave off during it and had a word with him which gave him some assurances about the potential and ambitions of the club matching his.

    No I,m just confident same vibe as when we went up last time in my opinion we are the best side in the league taken us a long time to show it though.

    He's been outstanding for us for 2 seasons now and the stick he got earlier in the season was unjustified in my opinion because he was playing much deeper which didn't get the best out of him but since the team has found it's feet and pushing further forward he's been a massive part of our success.

    I'd guess that Kane took Collins to one side and said why am I playing tippy tappy nonsense in front of our own defence when I'm much more effective 40 yards up the pitch. (Not a dig at Collins)

    I'll admit the first half of the season I was on his back. I thought he was too slow to be in a midfield pairing with Russell and I think that's still true. I'm glad that since Connell is back to provide the cover he needs he's showing his class.
