Just been looking on there and there seems to be some rubbish about one od our own fans having a go at devante 6 the match yesterday.
Anyone know anything?

Fairly certain fans on Twitter have a go at Devante and anyone/thing else remotely related to BFC every single day on there mate... cesspool!

Devante Cole is a strange case. I'm not sure he actually enjoys being a footballer. His reactions when the third goal went in at Wycombe were non existent. It happens a lot. He doesn't seem bothered. Whether he is or not I've no idea. He's got 17 goals so I'm not really worried whether he celebrates or not, he's done his job this season.
I do think he's having the one off season of his life and, should we go up, I don't think he can score goals in the Championship. Regardless I think it's a certainty he'll be off in the summer to maximise his earnings on the back of this season.

 

I remember winnall getting abuse online, he stopped celebrating goals towards the end of his time here.
Not sure about devante he scored 15 last season and should hit 20 this season. So possibly like Alfie may a late developer and a lower league goalscorer.
I don't think he would score many in the championship but he's out of contract soon and it would be a cheap squad player/gamble for a championship club.

 

Be boring if we're all the same. Like the fact that he's put his pov across reasonably, don't think it's any big deal tbh.

 

And people wonder why players and managers are happy to move on to other clubs, they even complain when they do.

People read too much into things when you look at the highlights grant scores the 4th coles one of the players who runs over to congratulate him.
4th in the league great chance of top 2 and we have fans arguing with the top scorer on X.

 

Lots on here was saying the same last season about Cole saying he didn’t care using Norwood as an example.
Many also defended him trying to explain a different opinion but they were in the minority.

 

Taking after the great example shown by Symbol - the artist formerly known as Prince... Who ended up reverting back to Prince a few years later.

 

The same idiots will be complaining when he leaves in the summer and be unable to see that they contributed to it.

 

The fella that Cole was replying to has apologised to him to be fair and Cole “liked” the response so I guess is all a much ado about nothing

Andy Payton never seemed happy or that bothered, I didn't give two shiny sh1ts - reight striker for us, as long as they try and do their job, they are entitled to wear whatever expression or demeanor they see fit.
