    I was at the Liverpool game and it was my fault we lost. About 20 minutes from the end at 0-0 I said to my dad that Ian Rush looked like a carthorse. Within minutes Clive Baker fumbled and Rush scored the first of his hat-trick. :(

    Yep can remember dog handlers on way back to coaches. It was all quite friendly once we got away from the exits.

    We bumped into Sunderland at the services on the way back. They had beaten Chelsea and were in good spirits. Good thing because there were loads of them.

    Yes, what I night, I went their on my own and serving in the Royal Navy down in Portland so fortunately not far to travel. What sticks in my mind is after the final whistle, holding my scarf up high and chanting to the Saint's fan across the pitch. All of a sudden they climbed over a small wall and ran at us, full speed. I thought time to leave and never got to meet any of them. Great result!!;

    The first time I was in Kelvins company was at Bury in the FA cup away.I was stood behind him and unfortunately I couldn't get out of his way.The mention of Kelvin and Ashley in the Southampton program said they achieved 92 status the previous week it wasn't gained at Southampton.
    Kelvin made belching into an art form especially at reserve games where it would echo around the ground.

    I was there. Somehow, my parents managed to convince school that it would be an educational trip, and we duly visited Winchester Cathedral on the way down. Got home at around 3am, back to school on Tuesday.

    I was there that night. We went with Rising Sun and stopped off in Winchester. A couple of our fans on our bus stole a 6ft Grandfather clock from a pub and carried it onboard and tried stuffing it on the overhead luggage compartment. They very nearly succeeded but the cops came onboard and retrieved the clock before letting us get on our way........oh the memories!
