I often forget he plays for Jamaica. To be honest if he hadn't committed his international future to them I reckon he'd definitely be knocking on the door of the England squad.
Just about what I'd pick, but move Bellingham to Foden's position, Foden to Gordon's, and either move Gordon wider against poorer teams or play another deeper lying midfielder, Ward Prowse probably, or Trent.

Got to say I can’t drum up the enthusiasm. We’ll get to the quarters or semis, where Southgate will switch to a defensive shambles against a mediocre aging team, where we should be using our pace to press and attack…. Unfortunately we will then lose. But Southgate will be hailed as best ever manager for getting to yet another semi or quarter final.
Pickford Walker Stones Maguire Shaw Rice Bellingham Alexander-Arnold Saka Kane Foden Would switch up TAA for another striker and drop Foden back a little where necessary. I like Rashford for England, seems to play a lot better for us than Man U. On his day, he’s unplayable.
slight hesitation over Maguire and I see the argument for him not to be there but central defenders work in pairs and he/ John stones clearly have a good understanding- I think stonesy is good enough to carry him through.
