    To improve Barnsley FC. The club in future only sign players who will improve Barnsley FC straight away and not that will improve Luton Town in 18 months to 2 years after we've signed em. :D:D:D:D:D:D. Why hasn't anybody thought of this before :D:D:D:D:D
