Thought apart from first 15/20 mins when everyone looked fast on Mcatee and Cosgrove worked decent together, their understanding got better as the game wore on, Cosgrove looked much more fluid and dangerous than when partnered with Cole
Too much pressure on them. I think alot of good fullbacks/wingers are wasted as they are expected to do both.
3 quality CB's last season plus one of those WB's actually played most of the season as a WB, difficult to draw comparisons it's almost night and day.
Big shout to Cozzy (@Terry Nutkins that one’s for you) tonight. I thought he did well and put himself about a bit. Some decent efforts on goal and a great assist. Well done Cozzy.
Clearly, the point I was making was that a 10 point gap from 7th at this stage, should be enough of a buffer for a top six spot. I think it’s pretty obvious that’s what I was saying.
I was really impressed after 15 mins up until 15 mins from time. Don't care what anyone else thinks but Cosgrove ran his blood to water tonight.
Played well. Had three saves to make in 1st half in front of Reds fans in East Stand. Left totally exposed for 1st goal, can't be so sure for 2nd goal but, from opposite end, looked similarly unprotected.
Sorry, my reply was intended to answer the question about how Killip played tonight, to which gaz97 made his snide reply (and others "liked"). Killip did pretty much all that was asked of him.
I would be if i thought they would tell me but after watching them, for 70 years i know that will not happen, so all you sarcastic sods out there, might realisei know how it works a t oakwell, but that doesn't mean to say its right as proven at all these live forums with the management and the amount of times it gets brought up about not keeping the fans informed
Morning jam drop,I'm by no means insisting on starting the thread but we seem to win when I do.When I create the thread I would think it's obvious what game it is so no need to say teams.
