Really enjoyed his commentary on Tuesday. One of my ex-colleagues knew his brother, said he's a top lad but took his beer a bit more seriously than his football.

Up there with Brian MCcord as player we really wanted to sign after a great loan spell then wasn’t half the player he was when he signed permanently

Definitely. Can't believe just how bad the permanent signing was compared with the loan version!

I really enjoyed Craig Hignett and Kevin Campbell. Luke Steele and Geoff Horsfield were great too.

Yes, looking at the squad we had some decent players, Miller, Barker, Chettle, Morgan, Barnard, Dyer and Sheron were all Championship quality, but on the other hand there's some absolute dross there as well, Mulligan, Donovan, Jones, Bertos, Bedeau, Ward, Neil. All useless.

Listened to most of the under the cosh and Chris Lumsdon is brilliant. Comes across as a great lad with a very good story to tell.

    Definitely worth watching.

Used to go out with a lass from Hoyland. Crossley was always in one of the boozers down there.

I don't think Mark Crossley is anywhere near as funny, as he seems to think he is!.
But as for that story about Cloughie and David Currie, wow that is disappointing, if it happened like that. :(
