Music mystery - help needed

Went to a gig last night and the support act played this song.



It reminded me of another but can I f.ck remember which one. The opening couple of lines have the same melody/rhythm to it. I think it's a 90s song, fella singing and it's been doing my head in for 12 hours.

Any help?

I know what you mean. Has a very 90's feel. Can hear bits of Cast, Mansun, Stereophonics, Shed 7 etc in there but can't quite match it to any specific song.
