Suddenly we have an option off bench now that we can choose 2 from Cole, Cosgrove and McAtee, it didn’t look quite as good before, but now Cosgrove has it a bit of form.
I always believed Cozzy would come good. He had a good loan season at Plymouth, he just needed a run of games,similar to Cole when he first came.
Couldn’t agree more Bazza. My mates have scoffed at me at times when I’ve pointed out that he played an important part in a squad that got 100 points in this division last season. So there HAS to be a player in there somewhere. I’m thrilled we’re starting to see it, at just the right time as well.
Think we’ll see the Cole of earlier season once he can come through this barren spell. Wouldn’t be surprised ( if selected) if he got an early goal to at least get another
That's funny my comments about Cozzy were scoffed too. A bit like when I commented to my son that John Stones when he was18 yr old playing for us ,would play for England. I remind them about that ,when they were laughing and taking the piss.
I always seem to remember many barnsley fans saying he would play for England, mate. Also had a bet with my Leeds supporting mate who would play for England first - Stones or Sam Byram... I was never convinced Byram was ever good enough so it was an easy bet haha.
Yep. I also posted that I thought he gave us a different option. seemed to steer clear of the ref giving against him at carlisle so may be learning as he gets more game time..
