Yes, really. I pay my money. I watch the matches. I try and get behind the team. Last season I thought he was one of our best players. This season his defensive failings have been laid bare by some absolutely **** teams. His attacking output has been negligible. Time after time he fails to beat a man and turns back to pass to Kane. One the off chance he gets in a position to cross he hits the first man or fails to lift the ball above knee height. His corners have been ******* awful as well. He's one of a number that can just **** off if they don't want to be here or commit to being a success while they are.
Why? Is Collins whispering in his ear as he's lining up to strike the ball? Thought not. Collins can tell him he'd prefer low balls into the box but in the match he's in control and can see where the players he's aiming to hit are and should use his judgement to play the right ball. He hasn't been doing that. He's been crap.
Someone said to me after the match why did he take McAtee off and I said although no body played all that well McAtee was the player I'd have taken off.I actually called it 10 minutes before he went off.Hopefully he and his team mates shake the cobwebs off and try to get back into form and winning ways.
Well in my opinion, I would be disappointed if he just ****** off. But I wouldn't blame him in the slightest for the toxic reactions to his ability to get balls into the box. He as had a decent season so far. He wasn't the best today, but he wasn't alone.
4 assists, 3 goals in 39 games from one of our supposed best players. To put that in context, Watters who everyone slates has 3 assists and 4 goals in 26 appearances (and far fewer minutes).
That should be irrelevant if Cadden does his job properly. He’s in possession. He decides where it goes.
He's one of a number that can just **** off if they don't want to be here or commit to being a success while they are.[/QUOTE] Im sorry but when has cadden ever said or shown that he doesn't want to be here?
I would argue his performances suggest his heart isn't in it. Although he's not alone in that respect.
I didn't say you had. He is roundly slated on here and in the stands though. His every touch today was jeered around me in the Ponte
Wont/shouldn't play any higher than league 1 really, same as the vast majority of our starting 11....... Now that is a problem, look at Rotherham.
I disagree on that. I don't think he's deliberately hitting bad crosses or anything. In fact he's often stood frantically waving his arms around begging for the ball (only for us to pass it 6 inches across the back 3 instead)
But he is hitting bad crosses. Purposely or not. And given that's a decent part of his job I'd suggest that the fact he's not doing it well means he's not performing at an appropriate level.
