Cost us at least one goal today.
Utterly pointless when we don’t “zip” the ball about anyway.
Oh and it’s rained every day for about a year.

We do things like that. Made me laugh our floodlights on full for the second half that was played in bright sunshine.

That's probably because it was really dull until they put the lights on

Can't be that hard in this day and age to switch them back off when not needed....

I'm very surprised there isn't an fa or EFL mandated minimum lighting level that all flood lights in the country are connected to and set to automatically turn on and off when that level is reached

Yeah its strange we can switch lights on and off whenever we want at home. But big very expensive Football floodlights you can't.

Which goal did it cost us? It didn't cost us the goal where MDG kicked the ball into his own net or the goal where our defenders forgot they were allowed to jump

To be fair Roberts would have saved MDG's thunderbolt if he hadn't slipped on the unnecessarily soggy surface.

I couldn't actually see Roberts due to the big bloke standing in front of me and I can't bear to watch the "highlights" so I'll take your word for it.

Think the highlights must have been speeded up, it seemed an eternity to trickle over the goal.line from where I was sat!

It cost us scoring a goal. First half when Cole had a tap in and slipped.
