Had a feeling we might lose today but not helped by the team selection and subs. Would have liked to see Kane on and Cole subbed.much earlier.
Just saying - losing our second away game of the season at Charlton won’t define our season but go on feel free to over react.
What a big cry baby you are sometimes, imagine we went up via the playoffs would you be sat at home swearing at the TV stamping your feet while we're all at Wembley
I once gave Jeremy Beadle a Pethidine injection in his bottom. As he’s been doing annoying pranks in the sky for some time, I don’t think he’ll mind me sharing that. Nice claim to fame, eh? And I can also tell you he was a decent bloke with a nice family. I won’t tell you who I looked after who were tosspots though…
Love this. I'm meditating now with a large glass of sauvignon blanc on Cosgrove. My lass is in a wheelchair & would be more of a threat. His defensive headers & clearances in the opposition box are remarkable.
A Vast improvement needed if we are to do anything in the playoffs (that’s if we make them) Poor today but Charlton made us poor
Look out, the happy-clapping crew will be out for blood after this shocking defeat. Instead of focusing their disgust and anger where it's needed (team, manager and board) they'll attack you instead. Who seriously wants THIS team of dross to play against a Lincoln, or anyone else in the top 6 live on TV?! We're terrible.
Earl has been **** hasn't he? No better than shepherd. Sometimes you think transfers look good but it's not.
It was shocking. Devoid of any pattern, passion or discernible tactics. It was an Oakwell performance. And what we will get tonight is sound bites of "we pick ourselves up", "we go again", "it's been a great run" and "I thought we controlled large portions of the game". If that's over-reacting, I'm sorry, but the season looked over from the subs and last ten minutes of the Bolton game. We will get absolutely pummeled should we stay in the playoffs.
kin 'ell. For the past 6 months I thought Cosgrove was on loan to us, I didn't realise he was our player. When we "signed him from Plymouth", I didn't realise it was from one of the trawler crews.
The Reading equaliser is a very important goal for us. With Oxford and Lincoln to play each other, neither side could really afford to slip up if we give them the chance to gain on us. And nice to see Wednesday win, but not move positions. I don’t want them to get relegated too easily. I want them to have the hope first, and preferably go down thanks to an injury time goal that shouldn’t have been allowed, just so we can hear them bleating all summer.
A decent match between two footballing sides. Charlton looked way better than their league position would suggest but that's what happens when you draw so many. Bold attacking substitutions by Collins but ultimately they knocked the momentum out of Barnsley. O'Keeffe and Cosgrove just didn't get up to speed. Nice to see Jalo back and getting him game time might prove useful for the play offs.
Has someone at Luton done something terrible to you? Never known anyone have such a dislike for an underdog, not to mention the ex reds giving it a great go. C'mon spill the beans, they've spent next to nothing, come through a terrible time and are in dreamland. Geographically miles away, no rivalry, great fans, proper strange
