I genuinely think they've had it coached out of them. The team can see that the approach and tactics just don't work, and are frankly, amateur. They've downed tools. They know they'll get mullered on live TV in the play-offs playing this way, so are seemingly doing everything possible, whilst not making it too obvious, to drop out of them (joking btw).

Imagine being told to play the game a certain way, by someone who respect, you no longer do. You don't believe he's got the first clue what he's doing and it's born out by the results we're enduring. If must be demoralising.

I can picture Collins just stood against the wall in the changing room, arms folded whilst the players bicker and shout. A proper manager, with guts, nouse, passion and fight would give them a dressing down and have conviction in the way he wants them to play and demand they do it. He's got no personality, he'll stand there like a mute.
