Second showing of Mr Bourne this season. Faired worse I reckon and is solely responsible for our poor form.

3 for me from iplayer viewing. Booked Mael for nothing in first 15 mins. Clearly a terrible angle but our goal looked yards offside. Not an excuse but 9 out of 10 refs play the advantage for their second goal and let Reid's missed shot count rather than bringing it back for the free kick. And then the challenge on Cole should be a pen and red card as no attempt to get the ball. He had a shocker

Agree with all the above from watching at the ground and as I gave Saturdays ref a 2 have to give this one a 3 for only denying us one stone wall penalty. Missed several clear fouls on Jalo including an arm to the face.I also liked his award of a free kick to them in their box for a foul on the defender by their keeper and his being unable to handle their timewasting - not blaming the ref for the defeat as we deserved nothing but probably would have nicked a point if he had got the pen on Cole right.
Linesman on the camera side was even worse mind missed Phillips being 10 yards offside - can only think he thought it was a goal kick from Roberts also didnt see the incident where Cosgrove got flattened off the ball 2 yards in front of him

Ive been watching Farnham Town a bit recently in the 5th Tier of non league ( wish I had gone last night instead of to Stevenage as they won 5-0) and the refs are much better than the last 2 league 1 refs we have had

    2.

Did OK then didn't give what looked like a blatant penalty for Cole being ragged back 4 yards out.

Not good again, only seen our goal on IFollow, which doesn’t show Phillip’s starting position when the ball was played, although he looked well off, can’t be conclusive on that. The Cole non-penalty was yet another stonewaller denied. Defender should’ve been sent off as well. Keeper runs into his own defender and he gives them a foul. Booking for us early in the game for a nothingness of a challenge. However, he wasn’t responsible for our performance and very poor defending. A 3 from me

Another 3 from me, and he is lucky to get that. Getting sick of these incompetent officials. It’s week after week, game after game. After (maybe) getting it wrong letting our goal stand he was hell bent on evening things up for the rest of the match. The Cole penalty shout was the worst of many bad decisions.

Not his fault we lost but he certainly helped the home side when they didn’t really need it. Our amateurish defending invited them to run at us, and that’s what they did.
