Another 2 goals for Aidy Marsh in a 4 -0 victory away at Charlton.

The difference between 21s and league one is big.

It is. Marsh and Jalo have both struggled with the step up after doing well in the under 21s.

Any idea how Nathan James played? If he is performing at that level, surely got to be considered for 1st team.

No Cundy or Benson involved and nowhere to be seen last night don’t tell me they’ve got injuries again.

Sure Collins said last week that Cundy had picked up a knock or strain. Not uncommon players pick up niggling little injuries when coming back from a long-term injury

No way will we see him in a Reds shirt again then. We’ve plenty of other choices at CH though….;)

You say that but marsh has shown a LOT more in the first team than either Cosgrove or Watters.

Imo Cosgrove barely looks like a footballer. Plays like a UFC fighter that got lost in the way to the cage.

Jalo & Marsh would be way before Cosgrove in the pecking order, if I was picking the team. I had hoped that Admin had changed my status to the Dali Llama, but as yet it hasn't happened. I assume that is because they agree he is not a footballer. Probably a lovely lad, but at 27, he shows no ability whatsover.

Really? I must have missed that.

Is Marsh’s contract up in June? If so, I don’t expect us to be offering an extension.

I don't expect us to either. We will continue to put our faith in Cosgrove who will only be remembered for pushing someone over, Watters who is remembered for elbowing someone and running away and the whole host of scattergun **** strikers we signed over the summer

Looking forward to the recruitment in the summer given we’ll probably need a whole host of bodies in to replace the out of contract players departing and loanees returning. We thought the scattergun was bad before!

Aiden marsh this season for Barnsley
    290 minutes, 2 goals and 3 assists.

In Cosgroves last 290 minutes for us he has scored zero and got 2 assists. in Cole's he's scored zero and got zero assists and in Watters' he's got 1 goal and 1 assist.

So in 290 minutes of football Marsh has contributed more than our three experienced strikers have combined and yet people are saying he hasn't done enough.
