    I did say last season that neither us or Wednesday were ready for promotion yet, we are as yet not set up for the Championship & Wednesday haven't got a pot to p155 in to compete, the only thing they have got going for them is the manager. If they manage to stay up then fair enough but can they manage or afford to keep the manager on? I think not.

    Playoffs is a totally fresh start. We went into them in poor form last season and were very competitive. Bolton would be smarting from missing out on automatics, Posh very inconsistent, Oxford maybe overconfident.

    Oakwell with the crowd behind us is a formidable place to come.

    Portsmouth 3-1 Barnsley
    Blackpool 2-1 Barnsley
    Barnsley 2-0 Northampton

    Will finish 6th and play Bolton again !

    Jesus Christ this place is getting dafter. The league isn’t loads weaker. It’s lacking a couple of top sides. Plymouth & Ipswich were outstanding. But come on.

    Are people seriously trying to suggest that nearly every team in the league has got weaker over one summer?

    Just wild conspiracies to justify a dislike of our manager.

    You got the last result wrong , it will be another defeat, 7th place finish, L1 again next season , a huge fire sale over the summer and a new manager that no one has ever heard of................. It's what we do these days:mad:
